Roxanne Joy, 18 years old and 5'7¼" tall, represents Irosin, Sorsogon. She is currently studying at St. Louis College, taking up Business Administration. Roxanne plays badminton and table tennis. Her pageant experience includes Miss Bicolandia 2011. She also loves playing the guitar and singing.
